Joy is Vice President of People and Culture at Addition, focused on creating a culture of engagement and high performance in support of the company’s success. A seasoned HR Executive, Joy has held global leadership roles at Genentech, Altos Labs, and Accuray. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Joy serves as an Executive Advisory Board Member for the College of Science and Engineering at San Francisco State University and as a nonprofit board member, supporting early education initiatives. Joy holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and obtained her BA in Management from Menlo College, CA. She is also a Certified Executive Coach. Joy is passionate about creating a company culture where employees feel empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
