Grady is Vice President of Operations at Addition, where he leads strategic and operational initiatives that enable the company’s growth and scientific advancement. He brings extensive experience in program management, corporate strategy, and development, most recently from Ambys Medicines, where he played a central role in driving cross-functional alignment and advancing multiple programs through key inflection points.

Previously, Grady held leadership and operations roles at Audentes Therapeutics, BioMarin, and Genzyme, overseeing programs across multiple therapeutic areas. Grady earned an MBA from Dartmouth College and a BS in Materials Science from MIT. He focuses on building the operational foundation needed to translate innovative science into high-impact medicines.
