Francine is Addition’s Chief Scientific Officer, directing the company’s scientific innovation and long-term R&D strategy. She brings decades of expertise in drug discovery and development, with a distinguished career advancing novel therapeutics for liver and cardiometabolic diseases from early discovery to IND. Before joining Addition, Francine held scientific leadership roles at Beam Therapeutics, CRISPR Therapeutics, Moderna Therapeutics, and Crown Biosciences. Francine earned her PhD as well as her BS in Zoology from Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium. She is dedicated to leading high-performing scientific teams in the discovery and development of life-changing medicines.
